Tried this DR.OZ, and I believe it worked:) somewhat

Eat one Brazil nut a day.  Have some Citrus.  Had a nut yesterday morning, later went to the Mexican Restaurant last night, Los Arcos, had a lemon wedge/slice with my glass of water.  Slept better, just the baby woke me up anyway?!...  Maybe she needs some lemon in her milk or water I mean and a Brazi nut ground up in her food?!...  :)=)  HOUSEWIFEMAGICSLEEPINGTIP
